Yiynova Technology offers two years Limited Warranty on all products to the original purchaser. In order to receive the Warranty service from our company, please follow the following steps:

Step 1 Request a repair authorisation on line through our authorized service center.
The repair authorisation can be applied from : RMA Template
Step 2 Our customer support will email you a RMA number and RMA Approval Form for your defect product after review and verification.
Or we may contact you if the problem can be overcome without a return.
Step 3 After you receive the RMA number and RMA Approval Form, you can ship the product to the service center.
Please make sure to include the RMA approval form with your shipment.
Please package the product properly, neither the service center nor Yiynova is responsible for damage occured during transport due to
insufficient packaging.
Shipment costs to the service center are for your own expense.
We advise you to send the shipment per registed mail or courier, which provides tracking services.
Please don‘t include any accessory or spare part, if they are not related to the problem.
Step 4 After the item is repaired or replaced, it will be shipped back to you.
You will be notified by e-mail once the product is shipped back to you.
Please allow 10 working days for the repair process
Attention All units must be accompanied by a valid RMA number or RMA Approval Form.
Items returned without an RMA number will not be processed.
Warranties are void if the factory seal is broken. Customer may be charged as percent-of-warranty repair.
Shipment to the service centre will be at your own expense
Customer may also be responsible for the return shipping costs, if no problem is detected by the technician.
Physical damages to unit sustained during transit voids any warranties.
